Her forward-thinking vision didn’t stop there; in 2023, she expanded the business onto B2B platforms like IndiaMART, Export India, and Trade India—broadening the customer base and significantly boosting sales. With consistently positive customer feedback and encouraging results, she made the bold move to develop the brand’s own website.

This new platform aims to eliminate third-party commissions and provide customers with seamless, one-click access to premium products—right at their doorstep. Today, Prince Quality Glass stands as a shining example of innovation, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit in the modern Indian marketplace.

• 2011 – Foundation: Prince Quality Glass was founded in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, as a proprietorship firm. Initially, the company specialized in manufacturing and supplying door knobs, door handles, and railing balls.

• 2011 to 2016 – Steady Growth: Operated locally without major changes, focusing on quality craftsmanship.

• 2017 – GST Registration: With the introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST) by the Government of India, the firm registered under GST, aligning with the nation’s formal economy and expanding its trade across states. However, offline selling alone could not achieve the desired sales potential.

Transformation & Expansion

• 2020 – New Management: I, Ilma Sami, took over all managerial functions and adapted to dynamic market changes. New product categories like chandeliers, wall lights, hanging lights, and other decorative items were added to the catalogue. Accounts were opened on major B2C platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Within two years, positive sales results and customer reviews strengthened the brand’s presence.

• 2023 – Entry into B2B E-Commerce: Expanded into B2B platforms, starting with IndiaMART, followed by Export India and Trade India. This strategic move attracted new customers, increased sales, and built trust through uncompromised product quality and reliable shipping.
